Check-in starts after 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you are travelling a long distance or need earlier check-in or later check-out, simply contact us in advance - by phone or at reception. We will give you accurate information and do our best to assist you.

We accept pets only on an exceptional basis and with prior clarification upon request by phone. Only puppies up to 3-4 kg are allowed.

It is important to know that the possibility of accommodation with a pet depends on the period and the other guests in the hotel. To make sure everything is convenient for you and others, just contact us - we will give you clear information and check if it is possible.

About reservations for strong season (01.July -10.Sept) - if details by change or cancellation are received by 5 days prior to check-in date;

For reservations for medium and low season (11.Sep -19.Dec and 1.Apr - 30.Jun) - if change or cancellation details are received by 10 days prior to check-in date;

In case of no-show on reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded;

The hotelier has the right to unilaterally cancel reservations in the event that guests do not check in by 10.00 pm on the day of check-in;

Check-in at Bache Todor Guest House starts at 14.00 and ends at 22.00.

Upon booking, the client agrees to the terms and conditions.
Rates and payment:

• The prices published on the Bache Todor guest house website include VAT;
  The total amount due by the user is calculated depending on the number of days, number of adults and children, service, tourist tax, etc.
  Bache Todor Guest House reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its official website: https://hotel-bt.com
  For bookings already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due will NOT change, regardless of new price offers presented.
• Request for vacancies is NOT a RESERVATION!
• Upon confirmation of availability by Bache Todor Guest House , the user must pay a deposit of 150 BGN per room within 24 hours. After the expiry of the specified period and no payment has been received, the arrangement between the two parties is automatically cancelled.
• In case the guest is prevented from paying the amount for a reservation already made, it is necessary to notify Bache Todor Guest House by email: info@hotel-bt.com or by phone: +359-88-654-8-655. 
• In the event of non-compliance with this condition, Guest House "Bache Todor" shall not be held morally, materially or otherwise liable for the cancellation of the reservation.
•  Your reservation is valid and deemed finally confirmed upon transfer of the deposit agreed by the parties in advance or 100% payment of the amount of the specific request and receipt of confirmation of accommodation. You will receive the same from Bache Todor Guesthouse electronically in case of successful payment and correctly entered contact details. 
• The user confirms that he/she is an adult citizen (over 18 years of age). It is the User's responsibility to check their booking and ensure that all details are correct.
